Just a friendly reminder that there WILL be racing tomorrow, December 31st for New Years Eve.

The racing has been great so far this winter so lets cap off 2011 with another fun day of racing here at Allen's R/C!

We will be closed Saturday, December 24th for Christmas Eve.
However, there will be racing on Saturday, December 31st for New Years Eve. Start times will be the usual open @ 10am, Racing @ 1pm.

There will be racing again tomorrow, December 17th. After averaging 57 entries a week so far this winter; another big crowd is expected tomorrow. Slash Modified is easily the fastest growing class so far with 17 total cars hitting the track last week! Losi Mini Sprint is also going strong with enough for a full B main last Saturday and of course Losi Mini Late Model is also holding its own with a full field of cars as well.
There will NOT be any racing next Saturday on Christmas Eve. A full holiday schedule will be posted by the end of the weekend.
We look forward to seeing another good crowd tomorrow for another exciting day of racing!

Once again the carpet will be lit up on Saturday, December 10th with Oval & Off-Road racing. Coming off another strong turnout last week of 57 entries; this weekend looks to be another big day of racing at Allen's R/C.
The rules for both the Losi Mini Sprint and the Slash Modified classes should hopefully be finalized this weekend. The Losi Mini Late Model rules should stay pretty much the same as it has the last few years.
We look forward to seeing everyone back out again this weekend!

This Wednesday, December 7th, we will be running on-road only. Several guys will be bringing their Tamiya Mini Coopers out. Should be pretty laid back and a lot of fun. Anyone with a Mini Cooper or interested in trying one come on out and join in on the fun.

POINT SERIES
WEDESDAY ON-ROAD
A stacked house on Thanksgiving weekend. 69 total entries made for a busy, yet enjoyable day at Allen's R/C. Lots of new faces to go with some of the older ones (we won't mention any names). There will be racing again this Saturday, December 3rd. Another big crowd is expected so it should be a lot of fun once again!

We are working on putting together a schedule for the point series on Saturdays. Along with this will be a more defined class structure as well as a complete set of rules for the newer classes. Hopefully we will be able to get this more finalized within the next week or so.
A limited schedule (once or twice a month) of on-road races will be run on Wednesday nights. This will mostly consist of Mini Cooper and Vintage Trans-Am. The first attempt at this will be next Wednesday, December 7th. The track will open around 5:00pm with Racing starting around 7 - 7:30pm.
