KING OF THE WINGS WEEKEND

   Its finally here, the 4th Annual Custom Works King of the Wings weekend! A double-header weekend featuring a full night of racing at Maryville R/C (www.maryvilleraceway.com) this Friday night (September 3rd) and a full night of racing on Saturday night here at Allen's R/C for the Custom Works King of the Wings.

   More information on the event can be found on DirtOval.com HERE. Come check out the action this weekend even if you aren't racing. Some of the best R/C dirt oval racers in the country will be in town to square off!

RACING THIS SATURDAY

   We are racing this Saturday! Allen has been hard at work adding and moving dirt so the track should have a whole new feel. As usual practice will start around 4pm with racing at 6pm.

CLOSED NEXT TWO WEEKS

   There will be no racing here at Allen's tonight, July 31st or next week August 7th. Next week is the 3rd round of the West Central Illinois Series at Robert's R/C in Ripley, IL. Racing will resume again the following week of August 14th.

   There will be no racing here at Allen's this Saturday, July 17th. However, several of us will be making a road trip down to Maryville so if you want to get your racing fix for the week come on down.

W.C.I.S. RACING THIS WEEKEND

   This weekend Allen's R/C will host Round #2 of the West Central Illinois Series on Saturday, July 10th. Practice will start at Noon with two rounds of class practice. Racing will follow shortly after the conclusion of the second round of practice somewhere between 3 - 4pm.

Friday, July 2nd Racing

   This weekend will be the second installment of the Illinois North/South double-header weekend, this time between Allen's R/C on Friday night and Maryville, R/C on Saturday night.

   Racing this Friday, July 2nd at Allen's: The track will open @ 4:00pm with Racing starting @ 7:30. Registration will close at 7:00pm so if you think you will be later than this please call ahead of time with your class(es) and transponder number(s) so we can get you into the computer.
